Namitha Reghunath awarded the Best Poster Prize at MAM2026

We are pleased to announce that Namitha Reghunath successfully represented the project within the MAPE task during the MAM2026 – Materials for Advanced Metallization conference, held in Chemnitz, Germany, from 24 to 26 March 2026. During the event, Namitha presented the simulation results developed within the project, receiving great interest from the scientific community.

The MAM2026 conference, now in its 33rd edition, is an internationally recognized event dedicated to materials and processes for advanced metallization in microelectronic devices. Every year, it brings together scientists, process engineers, and researchers from around the world to discuss the latest advances in the field and foster dialogue between industry and academia.

We are especially proud to share that Namitha Reghunath received the “Best Poster Prize”. This important recognition rewards the scientific quality of the contribution presented and highlights the value of the research activities carried out within the project.
